The Humility Quest

Learning mental fitness through real-world adventure.

Who We Are

I'm just a normal guy with a heart for adventure and mental fitness.

The Humility Quest does 3 things:

1. Teach people about Mental Fitness by using my life as an experiment in real-world adventures.

2. Raise Money for TheBravoCharlieInitiative.com

3. Raise Money for a national mental fitness organization

Through real-world adventure challenges, we teach human connection and the courage it takes to be vulnerable. Each journey raises awareness and funds for mental fitness initiatives.

We're not perfect, we're practicing.

Mental Fitness

Practicing the things that feel emotionally difficult is how we build mental fitness, not because something is wrong, but because we want to grow. And if life ever tests us, that practice becomes the strength we lean on.

Do Hard Things

Growth comes from leaning into what is emotionally difficult. Small reps build real strength.

Stay Connected

It’s easier than ever to pull back and live in isolation. Staying connected takes emotional effort.

Find a mental mirror

A coach or therapist helps you see your inner world more clearly, like holding up a mirror for your mind.

Current Mental Fitness Challenge

"Asking for Help"

Right now, my challenge is learning to ask for help in a way that feels honest, connected, and inspired — not heavy or guilt-based.

The goal isn’t to get a “yes.”
It’s to express myself clearly and authentically, so people want to contribute because they feel connected to the human being in front of them.

For some people, vulnerability seems effortless. For me, it’s an emotional workout.
My aim is to express what’s alive in me in a way that invites genuine connection, and if I can do that, that's success; the outcome doesn’t matter.
